The Office of the Military Ombudsman Launches a Contact Center in Test Mode
The Office of the Military Ombudsman together with the Government Contact Center launches the contact center in test mode. Calls are accepted via the short number 1510 from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Incoming calls from mobile phones are free of charge.
The contact center operators receive complaints from service members and their legal representatives regarding violations of rights during military service. Complaints are reviewed within 10 working days.
We apologize in advance for possible technical inconveniences during the operation of the contact center in test mode. Information about the full launch will be provided additionally.
As a reminder, there is a chat available on the official website of the Office of the Military Ombudsman, where you can receive consultations regarding issues related to military service. Submitting complaints through the chat is not available.
