Who can submit a complaint:

  • military personnel; 
  • reservists and persons liable for military service during training assemblies; 
  • members of volunteer formations of territorial communities; 
  • persons involved in the execution of resistance movement tasks;
  • law enforcement personnel involved in direct participation in combat operations;
  • representatives of the aforementioned persons by proxy or their legal representatives.

To obtain information about the activities of the Office of the Military Ombudsman, arrange interviews, request comments, as well as conduct photo and video recordings, media representatives may contact the Information Policy Department at the above-mentioned email address. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information,” a response to an information request shall be provided no later than five working days from the date of its receipt. If it is necessary to process a large volume of information, the review period may be extended to up to 20 working days with appropriate justification.
