for submitting a complaint (appeal) regarding the violation of the rights of military personnel
In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Military Ombudsman," complaints may be submitted directly by military personnel and their representatives by proxy or by legal representatives.
The review of a complaint takes 10 working days.
Complaints that do not fall within the competence of the Office of the Military Ombudsman are returned to the complainant without consideration.
