The Office of the Military Ombudsman conducts personal receptions for citizens
The Office of the Military Ombudsman conducts personal receptions for servicemembers and their legal representatives on issues related to the performance of military service.
Prior registration for appointments is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, no later than five working days before the date of the reception.

The duration of a personal reception is up to 30 minutes.
Please note that appointments with the Military Ombudsman or the First Deputy Military Ombudsman are scheduled only if the issue could not be resolved during a personal reception with the heads of the Office’s departments.
Schedule of personal receptions:
- Military Ombudsman Olha Reshetylova (Kobylynska): every second Wednesday of the month, 13:00–16:00.
- First Deputy Military Ombudsman Ruslan Tsyhankov: every third Tuesday of the month, 14:00–16:00.
- Director of the Department for Complaints Review and Inspections Valerii Kryvonos: every Thursday, 15:00–17:00.
- Director of the Legal Support Department Oleksandr Pashynin: every second Tuesday of the month, 14:00–16:00.
- Deputy Director of the Department for Ensuring the Protection of Servicemembers’ Rights Serhii Cherevychnyi: every third Wednesday of the month, 14:00–16:00.
Appointments for family members of servicemembers are available if the issue concerns the violation of the servicemember’s rights and if documents confirming family ties are provided.
Oral complaints are considered by the Office in the same manner as written complaints – within 10 working days. The complainant will be informed of the results in writing or verbally, depending on their preference.
Information received during a personal reception is confidential.
